Depending on the package you choose the private agent will then book in the professional photographer for you, video, floorplan and any additional marketing.
Your property listing is then created and pushed out the real estate portals Realestate.com.au, Domain.com.au and List it.com.au
When you receive enquiries you login to List it and you can chat directly without sharing your phone number, email or social media profile.
You can conduct live online property viewings directly on the List it platform and buyers can submit live offers on your property or invite them to a onsite viewing that suits you!
Sell your home, and most importantly keep the commission.

Is it legal and safe to sell my own property?

Of course, lots of people are selling their own homes, it is both safe and legal to sell your own property.
List it does hold a real estate licence, however it is not required by law in Australia for home owners to be licensed to sell your own home and the best reward is not paying any commission!
Most private sellers use the live property viewings option on List it first and then the final inspections are in person. We’ve also had people sell their home completely using live online viewings!

Can List it provide the same listings as an agent?

What if I am already listed with an agent? Can I also sell via List it?

If you are already with an agent and want to use List it we recommend you enter into a ‘Non-Exclusive Agents Authority’ with your agent so that if you end up selling your property yourself through List it you’ll get to pocket 100% of your sale price, instead of paying your agent commission.

How can I use the video function to show people my property?

• Login here.

• Go to the Dashboard via the botton the top right of the screen.

• Select 'Messages & offers' - click into the message.

• On the conversation with the buyer you'd like to connect with click the 'call' icon at the bottom of the chat.

• Choose 'Video call'

• The buyer will do the same and you will connected via video call.

• This is a free service for both the homeowner and buyer, you can use it as much as you like.

Can I send draft contracts to potential buyers using the chat function?

• Yes, go to the message with the potential buyer and clcik teh 'paper clip' icon at the bottom of the chat an attach it.

• It makes it easy to keep it all in one place and know which stage is potential buyer is at.

How do I send an offer onsite?

• Join here - name and email.

• Go to the property and click the offer 'money bag' icon and put forward your best offer to get the conversation started.

My property is listed, how do I register as the owner to receive the messages and offers?

• All you need to do is contact hello@listit.com.au.

• Send the property address or link you'd like to receive messages for and the email address you'd like to get the messages sent to.

• Attach a copy of the rates and photo ID.
