I have done over the past 12 years.... BUT also ... The range of options that they could use for the final phase in the creation of the ...Backyard Waterfront Area !

I purchased Marina Crescent in 2010, from an absent & former local Real Estate Principle who had lived here himself for the previous 11 years. I was only able to buy this property after he thought he would never return to NSW. ( He rented it out for 2 years after leaving the State, in case he needed to return )

He also organised the substantial addition that was added to the rear of the Original 1980's House in 2001. ( living/dining/ kitchen / extra corner bathroom all in an open plan 11m x 5.5 m space; with 4m sliding glass doors opening to a 5m 5.5m covered Alfresco Area over looking the River.

This property has been known as " Riverside Holidays " a very popular Holiday Rental property ( up to 14 people ) between 2012 & 2017.

Easter 2017 was my last rental period. I was then 100% retired & I moved in fulltime to "Riverside" for the Fun of my LAST backyard landscaping & waterfront dock/ Trimaran Kayak ramp construction.

10 months into my landscaping activities I had a " Cardiac Event" whilst mixing concrete ; (I had the major issues that develop in most of us as we age & just before 68th birthday ....mine caught up with me !) So, i came inside to the big " Riverview Room " in order to slow down from the outside " grunt work" & pulled out the storage/ pantry / oven part of the kitchen that had always been unappealing from the first time I had seen it ...7 years earlier.! Then, I had an other 'health issue ' whilst inside re-modelling the kitchen

I stopped All building/ landscaping right away ! . I started looking into the facts around people like myself ...... overweight , lung damaged, diabetics with high blood pressure etc. NOW , 7 years later, after retreating comfortably into the Original house in the Street Front area , i am still learning & " re-building" ( only this time it's My previously broken metabolism that I am "Reconstructing ") The work at the back has been left too long for my 75 yrs self, to want to complete & risk punishing my body : it's time for younger energies to take this great spot towards their own vision. (or if they like , some version of my own ).

PS.
During the few weeks since listing, most who have inspected have not really been able to apppreciate the Significant living & Entertainment areas of the property ; i Now realise this is because of my "temporary opening closure " between the Original house & the New Extension from 2001. (I sealed this opening nearly 7 years ago when I started working on the Kitchen remodeling )
Well, I've taken it all away Now ! You can see from the new photos how it works together as an Integrated Space ( including the covered Alfresco Area ). I've also started working Outside again on the Riverside Decking & BBQ Area (in a measured way which , surprisingly, i have mostly enjoyed ?. )
Anyhow , the latest pictures show the main changes so far , to both inside & outside. So, I will keep doing the outside " maintenance catchup " & working on some of the uncompleted areas from 8 years ago... Until i get an acceptable offer ?..... BUT, 'other areas of my Life' are now calling on me : So, its time to let go of my 14+ year "Riverside Journey " to an acceptable offer soon.
